• Items purchased through the V.I.P. website can be returned within 15 days of receipt for any reason.
• For product returns or exchanges, we offer gift vouchers for the product purchase amount, excluding any discounts, delivery charges, and COD charges (if applicable). Please note that cash refunds will not be provided. Instead, you will receive a gift voucher that can be used for future purchases on our website.
• Pants, lingerie accessories, shapewear of any kind, and shorties are final sale due to the intimate nature of the products. If you have any questions about sizes, please contact us before placing an order.
• E-gift cards are non-refundable.
• All products returned must be in resalable condition, including having all tags and packing attached.
• If a consumer wants to return an item they received as part of a free promotion or gift with purchase, they must send back the free item(s) in addition to the item(s) they paid for.
• Customers who want to pay for their own return postage will be issued a discount ticket to cover the amount they spent. However, the return process must adhere to the return policy’s guidelines. One should email a scanned copy of the courier’s receipt.
• There is a Rs. 70 cap on how much can be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred by the sender.
• None of the initial shipping or COD fees will be refunded.
• Only items purchased here on this website will be eligible for a return. Our return policy does not apply to V.I.P. items purchased from other retailers or websites.
• Coupon coupons and e-Gift cards offered in exchange for returned items expire after three months, and new codes will not be granted once that time period has ended.
