Return Order

At our online store, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange your garments, you can do so as long as they are untried, unworn, and unwashed. Simply send a request to info@vipapparel.in with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

If you receive a damaged or defective garment, please contact us immediately at info@vipapparel.in with pictures of the item. We will replace it as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Please keep the garment in its original condition and notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you receive a wrong garment that you did not order, please contact us immediately at info@vipapparel.in with pictures of the item. We will replace it for you, provided the garment remains untried, unworn, and unwashed. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Incase of return, no refund will be provided on shipping & COD  charges.
