Delivery & Shipping Policy:-

All orders are dispatched from our own warehouse. Our goal is to deliver the item within a reasonable timeframe ranging from 1 to 15 days, with confirmation for COD orders, after receipt of the order and successful payment.

Monday through Saturday, between 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., orders will be delivered by our staff or by third-party courier and logistical providers.

Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for cash-on-delivery.

Upon delivery to the specified address, the received order must be acknowledged. We are not liable for any acknowledgement provided by anyone other than the person who placed the purchase at the specified address.

Due to the fact that transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we cannot be held liable for erroneous addresses provided at the time of order placement. If there is an issue with the shipping address, please contact our customer service department.

Once things have been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. All shortage or damage claims, if any, must be submitted to customer support within one day of delivery via the website’s contact page.
